• The App works with localizable string catalogs (.xcstrings files) on your computer.

• All translation operations are performed using your own API key for third-party services (e.g., OpenAI).

4. Local Storage

• The App may store settings (such as preferred model or UI options) locally on your Mac using system storage mechanisms (UserDefaults, Keychain for API key).
• These settings are private to your device.

5. Payments

• Purchases (e.g. Subscription) are processed securely via the Mac App Store.
• We do not collect or store your payment information.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

• If you configure the App with your OpenAI API key, translations are processed by OpenAI's API.
• Requests to OpenAI may include strings from your project, which are necessary for generating translations.
• We do not have access to your API key or the content of your requests.
• Your data is handled under OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
